Lucky 13 Truck Shop

These guys brought two trucks to tow our truck and trailer at around 10:30pm when the weather was below freezing. I had no reason to even call other companies to see who could get their faster because these guys were so quick to respond. They got there within an hour and were so nice and considerate, you can tell they actually care and didn’t want us to freeze on the side of the highway. 10/10 recommend!!

Last night I broke down on the offramp of the interstate. Army, answeed my calls and dispatched a driver right away. Dwane picked me up and dropped me at a hotel in town. By 8am they called with a diagnosis and Army told me all my options so I could make plans. Army is a great communicator, and Duane is super friendly and personable. I'll follow up once they fix it, but so far they are batting 1000! Six thumbs up.

Should have called them first, wish more shops were like this. 2 other shops said to get towed and they’d get the part Monday an hour away somewhere. This shop came out and completed the repair in in an hour or so from call time. He was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Needed a tow in Cumberland. These folks came to the rescue within a half hour. Very safe and secure removal and took us to motel like in a baby carriage and care as if it was their own in our GTO. Many thanks

Dwayne really came thru in less than 30 to pick me up from the highway and get me sorted out at 3 AM, awesome stuff.
