I had my two babies there and got overwhelmed and Katherine didn't even hesitate to step in and help me. She made the process quick and easy, worked with the numbers people to get me an affordable monthly payment and got me into a very nice ride the same day! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! on July 19, 2025 I bought a 2015 Dodge ram from them. I drove it off the lot about an hour later. The battery died. I replaced the battery about half an hour later. The alternator went out. I replaced the alternator six days later cylinder, one started to misfire so I went up there on Friday and very conveniently their manager went on vacation and won’t be back until Wednesday. They sold me a lemon truck and now I am stuck with the only vehicle for my family with a piece of crap bad truck because cylinder one is blown they sold me a blown up engine. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They took my car 3 months after I bought cause I didn’t pay they in house insurance when I was trying to switch over to my own insurance and they wouldn’t fix my broken windshield when I was on they insurance my windshield got broken in a hail storm and then all my stuff was in the car still and then they took the car 2 hours from where I was then I had to keep calling till they answered then told me I can come get my stuff like how was I’m going to get my stuff when y’all took it 2 hours away then the bs on the price they say one thing but charge you something different I had to 2500 down when they told me at first 1000 I wish I could leave no stars
