Needed a tow in a pinch and they were there for me in no time . Great communication and great service

Got my rental moving truck stuck wholw delivering construction supplies to me unfinished home lot. After trying for a while to get it free and feeling tired and frustrated, I called Lucky. They were quick to respond, within 20 minutes Lucky arrived and had my truck unstuck in minutes. He was very courteous, genuinely friendly and thanked me for my business. . I would recommend him to anyone thst needs towing services and he also has a shop. Good customer service is getting harder to find and with this company really assured me there are some people who still know how to treat people right.

I called for a car tow, and the guy quoted me $100, saying he was available immediately and asked me to text him the pickup and drop-off addresses. After I sent the info, he completely vanished—didn’t show up, didn’t call, and ignored my messages and calls. It was a total waste of a few hours. Fortunately, I reached out to another company, Lock Out Towing. They picked it up in 20 minutes and I still made it to the mechanic. Although the repair got pushed to tomorrow due to the delay caused by this. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this first company; their behavior is completely weird and unprofessional. Best tow guy around. Picked up my vehicle all the way from Cape May and towed me back to Blackwood. Great prices, fast service in an emergency. Lucky is the best. Always you him for my tows.

Excellent serrvice. Sent pictures of car after tow at service department as well as a picture of my car key in an envelope going into the night drop. Great job all around. Fabulous customer service in my opinion!!!
