I have had fantastic experiences with Lucky8. I have made many purchases, some small and some big. The shipping is fast and always very well packaged. As for customer support, it is by far, above and beyond. I have contacted them many times to ask questions about products I have purchased and installation advice. I always get a response within minutes. If you own a Land Rover and want awesome off road parts and advice on how to do it, Lucky8 is the company to go with. 100% recommend them.

I have been buying from LK8 for over a decade and they have been excellent. I have bought parts and accessories ranging from an 89 RR classic to a new L663 defender and their service, customer support, and product quality has been top notch. I’ve never not had a question answered within 24 hours, and they’ve always gone above and beyond to help me with technical questions and support . I don’t know of another vendor doing more for the modern rover community thank LK8.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online!! On June 7th, I placed an order for a set of chrome mirror caps for a L322 Range Rover. Lucky8's description used the OE Land Rover accessory part#, so I assumed I was getting new old stock or OE quality parts. To my disappointment, when my order arrived I received cheap knock offs that where held on by 3M tape. I sent an email on June 18th regarding the situation and I received what I considered a snarky response "Thank you for your email. Those are OEM, which means they were made by the original manufacturer that produced them for JLR. Our listing is not listed as genuine nor do we claim them to be. Land Rover stopped making these over 10 years ago so they are long gone." I am fully aware that L322s have not b

Excellent service and great product. 12 years ago, I bought a front driveshaft for my 2003 Land Rover Discovery from these guys. It held up all that time before my engine mounts crappped out and probably contributed to distressing one of the U joints which then caused a vibration, even after changing out the engine mounts. I pulled the driveshaft on Sunday morning to confirm the problem and immediately ordered a new one from Lucky8 and emailed a separate note that I really wanted USPS Priority Mail (which wasn't a standard shipping option on the order site). By Sunday afternoon - yes, same day - I was in communication with the company and was sent a link for payment of the extra shipping charge. I've discovered that this place has a terrible business practice of over-promising and under-delivering. I order a part and was told it's backordered for 3 weeks. I accepted that as a reasonable wait time. We are now in the third *month* since then, and it still hasn't shipped. I've checked in weekly for status updates, and I always get the same inaccurate and disingenuous answer, "Thanks for your patience, should be just another week." If they had the business integrity to be totally honest upfront and simply say they don't know when a part will arrive, I'm guessing they'd have fewer disappointed customers. I won't trust these guys again.
