Lucy Auto Repair LLC is a great mechanic shop! I bought my car here at a reasonable price and in great condition. They also took exceptional care of my vehicle and treated it as if it were their own. The team was very attentive, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Their customer service is excellent professional, understanding, and patient. This is a wonderful business, and the owners are respectful, honest, and kind people. If I could give them a negative -0, I would. This place is unprofessional and disgusting. I went for a oil change and as I was sitting down with my baby car seat on my lap due to a cat and a dog present. The owners dog decided to pee on me. Instead of the owner being apologetic and help clean me. They decided to hide their dog in the back in a cage and clean the floor. When I asked for a business card, the owner hid the whole stack. The wife took the paper towels and put it in my face. As if the dog peeing on me wasn’t degrading enough. No apology just gave me my keys back and send me on my way. I had a newborn and toddler, helpless and upset I just left and never went back. I’ll never recommended anyone.

These guys are crooks! I went to get an oil change there, and brought my own premium oil. They swapped my oil with a low quality oil. The second time,my car had a problem starting

The shop does excellent work with fare prices. Marvin, the head mechanic is very knowledgeable on all vehicles. The experience was great.
