Reliably Trustworthy Have been using Lucy's for a while. Last time I was there Avo could have sold me some expensive repairs, but instead he let me know that my very old car was probably not worth putting that much into. It's hard to find an auto shop that honest. I recommend Lucy's highly.

Lucy's is incredible. I got into a collision recently and couldn't figure out where to go, I don't have a usual body shop and was scared to be taken advantage of. This is the only time in my life I’ve had a positive experience at an auto body shop/ car mechanic. Avo is truly the best, what a caring, wonderful business owner! Everyone should take notes. He went above and beyond to make sure I could repair my brake pads at my budget level. I will never go to another mechanic in Los Angeles again!!!

This was the first and only time I have had anything good to say about my experience with getting my car serviced. I am a woman and to be spoken to with honesty, kindness, and without feeling used which has been the normal experience I have had but at Lucy’s I was very pleased. Not only did they speak with me with dignity but also they broke down everything that was wrong with my car and what was needed. The price was responsible and worth every penny.
