Austin sold me a van that was advertised as having a manufacturer warranty. Immediately after purchasing it, I noticed some issues and reached out, only to be told that the warranty wasn’t actually valid because the van wasn’t made in the USA and was already outside the warranty timeline. When I spoke with the owner, Patrick, and asked how I was supposed to know that the warranty didn’t apply, he responded, “If you’re not going to do your homework, I’m not going to do it for you.” That response alone speaks volumes about how they treat their customers.
