Luis from Luiz Auto Repairz was great to work with. The communication was great and kept me in the loop all the way from doing my inspection, oil change, rotors and brakes. He was fair on his assessments and recommendations, what needed immediate attention and what could wait. A very knowledgeable, skilled, customer friendly mechanic/technician.

Luiz throughout the entire process was professional, communicative, and kind. Prices were fair. Work was solid and performed in a reasonable time. It's clear he knows what he's talking about and takes his work (and people's safety and finances) seriously. I appreciated the details and outlines of recommended work for the future along with estimates. It makes me feel way more in control and like I can finally be proactive with my vehicle maintenance. Exceptional Service I have a 2011 Honda Odyssey which is our only vehicle. My check engine light was flashing and car seemed to stutter. I explained the issue to Luiz and he was able to pre-determine what the issue was. He got the parts my vehicle needed and came very promptly within 35min, (even on Mother’s Day) to come run a diagnostic and attempt to fix the issue! He ran the diagnostic and was able to confirm his pre-determined assumption of the issue. He changed my spark plugs and coil and my vehicle was running smoothly! Not only is he a very experienced and professional mechanic. He was able to educate me on what was wrong, what caused the issue, and what needed to be done to prevent further problems. He really stands behind education while providing excellent and fast service. I
