Luke's Auto Repair - Upper Arlington

I recently had an important service issue with one of my vehicles. The local dealership said it would be 2 months before they could look at it and three months before they could fix it. Luke's Auto Repair was able to make an appointment within two days. Not only did they fix it quickly and efficiently they likely saved me quite a bit of money. They were extremely courteous and patient and the work was done very professionally. They took extra time answering my questions and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the work completed. If I could give them more stars I would. P.S. Not planning on going back to the dealership.

I had to get my car towed to Luke’s and they were great. I was really nervous about which auto shop I was going to be taking my car too but they had great communication & reasoning for their suggestions on what needed to be done to my car. They got the work done quickly. I loved the texts that updated as they found new items so that I could review in real time and digest the information before they called me to tell me the news. Highly recommend.

I recently went to Luke's Auto to have my car fixed, and they were 100% fair and straight forward regarding the necessary repairs I needed. I felt that the price was absolutely reasonable given the magnitude of repairs that were done. I have trusted them with my car for over 5 years and they always do a fantasic job. I took my car to Luke’s when I was in Columbus looking after my son in the hospital. My check engine light came on and the diagnostic came back as needing a thermostat. The quote was $1000 which my husband told me was very high for a thermostat but I was stuck and needed my car back to get to the hospital. When the car was complete the out the door price was $1700 for a thermostat. Nothing else. I checked with my mechanic when I got home and he said he would have charged around $500 for the same work. I feel that Luke’s took advantage of my situation and they saw me as a woman with no knowledge of what the work should cost. I would highly recommend that women stay away from Luke’s as they will rip you off and over charge for the work. This type of behavior is disgusting and highly unethica

Great people and great service! Whenever one of our cars needs something, our first thought is always to see what appointments are available at Luke's. The online appointment scheduling is very easy and after hour drop off is equally convenient. Once the service has been completed, there's always a follow up to see how everything is going, which is always appreciated.
