Luke’s Truck and Trailer Repair

Very unfair and scam service They told us that price is $1.5 per miles and $135 per hour but after 30 minutes we assigned service, called back and asked to cancel it and we will pay for the mileage and time but these guys told that they arrived at truck's location (they did not though) and told that cannot cancel service and asked for $250 for almost nothing. They did not want to understand us so we agreed to pay them $250, but these scammer charged $300 from the card for no reason When we have asked for an explanation they just ignored Never use these guys, especially when it is urgent cause they gonna use your urgent situation and will charge you much more than agreed and then just ignore you

Had repairs done, spent $1000 didn't fix anything. I ended up fixing one of the problems myself afterwards. Brand new wheel seals failed after 1.5 months, came out of pocket $808. Called and shop didn't even offer to make it right

Great customer service and quick repair time. Called several other repair facilities and repair time was 2-3 weeks out and Luke got me back on the road in 2 days! Definitely recommend.
