Dylan did an excellent Job in helping me get my dream car. they were very fair on my trade in allowance and very nice group or people. they were fast and easy to work with. definitely a great dealership to buy a new or used car.

I recently had to get a recall fixed on my vehicle and as soon as the part came in I was given a call to set up an appointment. I went in expecting it to take about an hour but I walked out within 30 minutes. The customer service was great as well. I will definitely bring my vehicle back in the future!

A few days ago I experienced the WORST sales interaction I've ever had. The salesman's name is LJ. First he offered me $4k below the minimum KBB price for trade in and once I called him out for it and they automatically counter offered me the minimum price. I understand you have to see the car first but that was the first red flag. Trade-ins fluctuate a little bit but not $4k. I use to sell cars so I know the process and I told him upfront but he still tried to rip me off. But honestly I'm not even mad about the deal, I'm more upset on how LJ handled the situation. After calling him out about the trade-in he replied with "lol you do wanna go there?" and also made the remark "And by the way... we eat good this way." Makes me question how many people this dealership has ripped off in the pas

I had a fantastic experience here! The salesperson was very patient and awesome to talk to. I wasn’t rushed into buying anything. I was able to go home and take my time deciding. The buying experience, once I decided to proceed, was very quick and painless. The staff there are all friendly. I would definitely purchase here again should I happen to be car shopping again!

Dylan was amazing. Overall customer service was amazing. Everyone was polite and patient. They didn’t rush our choice and definitely didn’t try to push other vehicles on us. I’ve been to other dealerships in the past and Lumberton Chevrolet is the best place I’ve been in a long time.
