I have been a customer of Lumina since they opened and I can tell you that I have never had an issue with my policies since Ive been with them. At renewal they shop my policies without me even asking and always get me the best deal for the best coverage for both my home and my cars. All their agents are super knowledgeable and very friendly. Most of them know me by my first name and I am happy I can place my trust in their agency!

I had a great experience at Florida Premier. The staff was very knowledgeable and provided me options for not only my auto and home insurance but also general liability for my business. They provided quotes in a timely manner and always provided different insurance carriers to choose from. I could not of asked for better service and follow up. The staff works with us on a personal and business basis... and no matter what, they always run to make what we need happen very quickly and always at the best rates possible. They even give us a yearly analysis to see if there is any other discounts out there that we can get. We have been with them for over 4 years now and I don’t plan on going anywhere else

Natalie Menendez was beyond amazing. The attention to detail provided by Mrs. Menendez was impressive, her customer service skills are excellent. She is a fine ambassador for the company. I was having such a difficult time securing health insurance for a specific provider. SHE MADE IT HAPPEN! She was always patient and willing to take the extra mile to help me find the perfect health ins package. At the end of the day, she secured an excellent plan including health, vision and dental🤩 Ohh and wait… the most amazing part is that she’s out of state and still nailed it!
