this place is not good they take so long to get fixed i had to pick up mine because they never fixed it and got angry and refused to give worst place ever to go

Could not get a quote over the phone for some reason, but the manager told me that he had some used parts and would take care of me and treat me right, so I had to go to the shop just to get a price. Then I waited an hour while they talked to friends before I could get helped, once he found an old used part to match mine he tried to charge me 75% of the new price! What a terrible experience. 🙏2

Burl is the best I've ever dealt with. I use my side by side for my business so it's crucial I get things done in a timely manner and get them done correctly. Took my Grandfathers Four-wheeler End of February said that he could get right to it. For the next 2 1/2 months we would call once a week maybe once every two weeks but he would constantly say “You have 4 ahead of you.” Then the next week it was, “ I just ordered the part and should get it in next week.” We didn’t call for two weeks and then he said there were more in front of us. Btw he never even touched it other then moving it out into the rain and didn’t even help put the non-running four wheeler onto the trailer it’s not like he didn’t have a forklift just stood there but very rude and didn’t do jack squat it’s a waste of breathe and should really look at his reviews all the same other than his friends.
