After several visits, this review is long overdue. Lou is the man. What are you looking for in a mechanic? Experience. Good communication. Trustworthiness. Speed/efficiency. Competency. A quality repair at a fair price. I found all these qualities here. I feel like Lou's looking out for us and our vehicle. He clearly and patiently explains to an absolute auto novice like me the likely cause of the issue, what's needed to fix it, the expected cost, the timeline for returning the car to me and possibly alternative avenues. I'll be back.

Lou does great work and is extremely fair and honest with very reasonable pricing. He is an experienced professional and is great to work with. I would not take my cars anywhere else but to Lou!

Lou was amazing! Knowledgeable, communicative and HONEST. My car was deemed a total loss, he took care of everything, he did all the back work with the insurance company, he saw the process from start to finish.

They are knowledgeable, prompt and fair. No exorbitant fees here. They have addressed brakes, tie rods, check engine lights, and a power steering fluid leak for me. All at a lower price than I would have paid at a chain or dealership. When my car started making a horrible sound that I assumed was the muffler, they took a look, diagnosed the issue and then referred me to a place down the road that was less expensive for that particular repair. Luna Automotive is the only place I’ll take my cars from here on out.

I went to Luna Automotive with some deep scratches in my daughters car. I really didn’t know if anything could be done for them. The tech owner worked on the scratches until they disappeared before my eyes it was great and I was very thankful for his skill and determination to make a difference. I will be letting all those in need of various detailing jobs know about Luna. Thanks again!
