Luna Tire Shop

Called this place for a tire and got what sounded like a great deal. Then I ask what they take for payment and he goes credit only and then goes cash only and then I ask how long it would take and he says 10mins and I said okay sounds good. Then he hangs up on me then I realize is it cash or credit or zelle? So I call back to make sure and he starts yelling (literally yelling) CASH CASH DINERO DINERO and then starts aggressively speaking Spanish. This is terrible customer service, literally went and paid 15 bucks somewhere else just because of this kind of attitude . How can I actually trust your service if this is how you talk to people?

I don’t think I’ve felt more out of place than at this place. I was on my way to work and noticed my tire was flat so since I live close by and I’ve always passed by this shop I knew I could make it before going to work. As a Mexican greeting other Mexicans you say good morning, I felt like I was MAKING them help me. De mala gana, nada de amabilidad ninguna sonrisa. I had asked if they accepted card since I realized I didn’t have cash and he said only cash. That’s it, point blank. As I’m standing there trying to figure out what to do, another car pulls up gets his service done and the customer says “to the same number?” So he transfers him money.
