Luper Automotive

My coworkers told me I need to get my car looked at. I googled places in the r bc alley and saw that there were a lot of women who gave Luper rave reviews. They’ve also been in the business for a very long time. Two green flags. My husband really likes that they took pictures of the repairs they said I needed and didn’t just try to say something was broken. Granted neither one of us knew what we were seeing but it made me feel much more confident in their service. They quoted me a prices for the very necessary repairs and confirmed that the other stuff can wait. They didn’t try to push me to getting my tires changed- which they do need. This particular service was pretty much necessity. They were all unfailingly polite each time I called asking about things. And when I picked up my car

I am new to the area. Finding a good auto shop that is honest and does good work I was skeptical about. Luper Automotive got an appointment scheduled for me quickly. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The techs did a great job on my trucks service and even washed it for me! I highly recommend Luper Automotive and I will be using them from now on out for all my service needs!

Great experience for my first time at Luper Automotive. Took my vehicle in for an oil change service. Had an issue with my car that a ford dealership couldn’t figure out and ask Shad if he could check it out. His technician was able to pinpoint my issue easily. Will definitely come back for any future services needed. Shad was super helpful and provided excellent service.

Recently moved to the area, and my wife's car broke down. Had several people recommend Luper to me and after unsuccessfully attempting to work on the car myself, I called Luper. Shad got right back to my online appointment request and was very communicative during the entire process, letting me know what was initially found and what the next step/steps would be. Definitely would recommend Luper for people looking for a mechanic. Bryan Garton
