I cannot thank this business enough. As soon as I met the first person there it was an aura of good vibes. After not trusting other mechanic shops I was very weary of visiting one. I picked Lupe's because of the impressive good reviews. Then I met Eric. Even though another nice man explained very well regarding my car, Eric spent a lot of time explaining the process. They genuinely take their time with you and it shows how they value their customers. Their shop was super non intimidating, and for someone like me who has been wronged a couple of times by mechanics in my lifetime, it just felt right being there. I want to especially thank Eric for being patient with me and answering all my questions and concerns. All the mechanic shops should be like this one and there good reviews

I recently moved and needed to find a mechanic near me. I carefully did some research and saw that Lupe’s auto service had great reviews, and I can say that they live up to its reputation. My car had several issues that needed to be addressed, and they carefully took the time to inspect the car and go over my options. They thoroughly explained the issues and next steps that needed to be taken. I appreciate with each update they would ask me how I wanted to proceed, making sure that I was comfortable with what was being done. Thankful for their service and will definitely come back again!

Lupe's Auto is great, they get back to you right away get you in there and detailed in in explaining what is going on with your car. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars.
