Was a over all horrible experience to deal with these guys. Took 6 weeks to replace a lifter. 19 miles later the truck died again. Took another 2.5 months to put a used high mileage motor in the truck. Got it back and now back to experiencing issues yet again and I will not take it to them as it might be fall by the time I get it back. Please dont ever come to this dealer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Resolved any problems I had. Most of all, I want to thank Beth, my sales lady. She has gone above and beyond taking care of any questions and concerns. They sold me a truck that had 8 percent oil life kinda messed up and 2 bad tires can’t pass inspection a week of owning it also when I did the oil change the oil was shit also I have tried calling abt this issue and haven’t heard anything

Luther Ford service department is undoubtedly the best service center I’ve ever dealt with in my 50 years of doing business with various vehicle service companies. David the service department manager along with Andy and Jake in parts and the mechanics treat me as though I’m their only customer from the time I arrived till the time the job is done and I’m leaving. I’ve been dealing with this company for 8 years now and never been disappointed. If you have a Ford use them you won’t be disappointed.
