Luther John Hirsch's Cambridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Took over 3hrs for an oil change. They don’t tell you that they service other vehicles ahead of yours if the other customer waits at the dealership, even when they come in after you. That is terrible customer service. When I set a time to have my vehicle serviced I expect it to be done in a reasonable time regardless where I am waiting. 3hrs for an oil change is unacceptable. Last time I go here I guess.

The owner John Hirsch is a very ethical businessman. Worked with Bill on a new Ram Longhorn. My wife decided that she wanted a new vehicle so Bill and John lined up multiple vehicles for her to test drive. She chose a new Tahoe Premier. They made the purchase and paperwork very easy. They went through all the items on the vehicles and showed us how they work. Was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely go back when it's time to trade again.

Went in with my son. My son had a few trucks picked out, and Mark , a sales associate, helped us through the hole process. Evan, tho it ran well after closing, they kept working on getting my son the truck he wanted. Verry clean facility. The lot had plenty of new and used cars/ trucks. He did get the truck he wanted that night. Great place.
