11.16.2025 I needed my car towed to the shop. Request a tow got a response and ETA, then a Call from Josh saying he was about to be here. Overall excellent service. I can’t say enough good things about this towing company. From the moment I called, the dispatcher was friendly and reassuring. The driver arrived sooner than expected and was incredibly professional, careful, and knowledgeable. He made a stressful situation so much easier. Their pricing was fair and transparent as well. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs fast, reliable towing.

Cameron was dispatched through my GEICO insurance, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was upbeat, professional, and incredibly helpful in towing my car out of a poorly marked construction site with no warning signs for drivers. His calm reassurance and focus on safety made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate his effort and care.

If I could rate 6 stars then I would! I broke down in my truck 4 hours from home with a trailer. I was in a horrible situation. Called Luther Towing & Service to help me get my truck running. Tyler (the driver) went out of his way to help me. Ultimately led to having to get towed home to Berlin, WI from Woodbury, Minnesota! I didn’t expect a cheap bill considering how far it was. He volunteered to drive me, my truck, and trailer home. He even went out of his way to help me get my 1000lb tool box off the trailer and into my garage at midnight. I would highly recommend this company for any automotive needs. Very impressed with the service and I hope they know what a rockstar employee they have (Tyler) working for them.
