I purchased a GTI from here and the paint is heavily scratched. The dealership applied spray wax to the car to mask the paint’s damage. I washed the car the very next day in preparation to ceramic coat the paint and made this discovery. The manager, Branden Petersen, refused to participate in the cost of repairing the paint’s finish. I would also like to add that post-sale, the communication with the dealership became very poor. My salesman used to reply to text in minutes, that changed to days. Branden Petersen took 8 days to reply to my email. The experience with this purchase is unacceptable and I cannot recommend this business.

So excited. I am not only the proud owner of a new truck but Vad, the salesman, was amazing. He took the time to explain everything, very sweet, not your typical salesman that wants to rush you in and out of the dealership. He offered us something to drink like 100 times, gave us free little knick knacks. The finance person was super nice as well and friendly. Also took the time to explain everything. By far, the best car shopping experience. Would recommend them and Vad is your go to guy.

Went in to Luther Volkswagen to find a car, couldn't find it in till I saw one covered in snow told them I really want it !!!even know it was a wholesale item they still gave me a good deal awesome dea!l love the place. The service advisor who greeted me complimented me on my bumper sticker, and also on my purse, and I was impressed he was able to make a personal connection within two sentences. And the advisor I'd worked with a few weeks ago remembered me and why I was back; she knew exactly what was up and was able to get my fix done in a shorter time than was estimated. The customer service here is very good, and you can tell folks have fun working here. This is my top pick for VW service and repairs.
