We are new to the area and needed our Taos serviced for a red warning light on the dashboard. It is under warranty and has been regularly serviced before moving it to MN - They got us in the next day and gave us a towing option if the issue persisted - I said I would wait but the issue was bigger and they offered me a loaner (with just 2k miles) - They made the loaner option easy - they cleaned and gassed up the car before pickup Our cost was $0 The warranty did not cover all those costs. The dealer went the extra mile! We will be back. Thank YOU!

I want to give a shout-out to Michael Blair, a service rep at Westside VW. Also the nice service reps on the phone and the folks in the service bay. They are quick to ask how they can help and very friendly. In the past month I've come in for a recall and new key pairing, both things that only a VW dealer could do. For the recall, VW hooked me up with a rental car overnight no charge which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the keys were expensive but I had no choice with my make and model (trust me, I called around). I didn't buy my used car at Westside though I did test drive one - ended up buying elsewhere, but thankfully they didn't hold it against me. This service center has always been the most friendly, courteous, and helpful I've seen. I'm always greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness as I arrive in the service bay. All I needed was a top up of my tire air pressure. There's a reason I take my VW here and the service staff just prove it!

My friend bought a used VW from Westside VW. It began running rough and stalling, and would not go over 30mph. He had it towed to Westside VW. They had it for 1 month, billed him over $3,000 for multiple futile repairs,. The car ran worse than when towed in. Not only did they make him pay for defective repairs but they also had him pay to tow his non-running car back home. This was a terrible experience for a hard working family. I do not recommend that anyone use Luther Westside VW for service.

I have had the best luck with the Luther dealerships, and Westside was no exception. We found a car online I wanted to check out, but I could not find it in the lot. A sales rep approached us and just wanted to help. He ran into the showroom to locate car (which happened to be there). I fell in love immediately. David A. was so knowledgeable and patient, which made for a very smooth transaction. Highly recommend David and Luther Westside.
