LUV Car Wash - Damon Ave

My first time here. I purchased the True Luv package (their top level wash). The staff was nice and the vacuum decent, but my car left the carwash filthy.

I love this place it was amazing. Yahaira made my experience wonderful she was real helpful and courteous. This place is always well stocked and cleaned thank you for making a car wash a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work kudos!!

My husband and I visited LUV Car Wash - Damon Ave and were extremely impressed with both the quality of the wash and the level of customer service. While we were there, we accidentally locked ourselves out of our car with everything inside — our keys, phones, and personal belongings. It was completely unintentional and very stressful. Yahaira, the General Manager, was absolutely amazing. She generously lent us her personal phone for about an hour so we could contact our insurance company. She was kind, calm, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire situation. She kept asking if we needed anything and even offered us something to drink while we waited. My wife and I recently visited LUV Car Wash - Damon Ave, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service itself was fantastic — the car came out spotless and shining. However, during our visit, we accidentally locked ourselves out of our car with all of our personal belongings inside, including our keys and phones. It was a very stressful situation. Yahaira, who is the General Manager there, went above and beyond to help us. She kindly lent us her personal phone for nearly an hour so we could contact our insurance company. I visited the LUVs Pacific Beach location and Yahaira’s customer service was impeccable. I didn’t know there was a veteran special and she got me into the best wash package for cheaper than I was already paying for the second best wash. I’m very appreciative that she helped me with that because everyone likes to save money where they can. I frequent this location often and the whole team is outstanding!
