LUV Car Wash

I was in the area after an appointment and decided to get my SUV washed after a trip this weekend. I was just loading groceries into the back. My window is completely filthy and it barely touched the back. Very disappointed for a $17 car wash I expect it to be clean. The guy upfront barely sprayed my tires. He only hit my side didn't touch the others. I should've waited and went to the car wash back home where I know they do a thorough job and they are half the price.

Okay for a quick wash. Stay away from the membership services. You can cancel your membership but it won't take and when you reach out directly to them when the unauthorized charge hits, they tell you you're out of luck because you didn't tell them 3 days prior to the charge (because you're not psychic and cannot predict they will bill you for a canceled service).

I've been a customer of this particular for many years, and enrolled a couple of months ago for a dual membership. Although the attendants are very helpful, there is a major flaw in the digital reading of my license plate which totally negates the convenience of a members "drive through"! Every time I go to the wash, I have to wait for an attendant to come out to correct the error in the plate reading system. It is unable to read the PA character for "zero" and will not let me pass through until the attendant comes out and manually enters my plate number. I've asked repeatedly that something be done about it, and weeks have passed with no results. I'm considering cancelling my memberships if something isn't done about it.

Erv was awesome, sprayed and pre washed along with air freshener. There is also another guy, Brandon that is super sweet! Thank you. Just a brushed werent / haven’t worked in over a week. Also, drying portion should dry my car so I don’t need to get out of car and finish drying with a rag. Owners , should re adjust drying
