LUV Car Wash - Palm Ave

Cedric was very helpful with assisting me with my car wash today. He helped me update my billing information. The process was quick and easy. Thank you so much !!!!!

I’m very sad to see the decline of this location. I’ve lived here in Imperial Beach my entire life, and when Wash N Go was here, the property was always clean. The parking lot was spotless, the trash bins were emptied regularly, and it was a place the community could be proud of. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Today when I came to wash my car, the lot was very dirty and the trash was overflowing. It was honestly disappointing to see. On top of that, the staff are often rude when you ask for help, especially since there are rarely any towels available. Because of these ongoing issues, I’ve decided to stop coming to my local car wash. I truly hope improvements are made, as this community deserves better.

Car always looks good after using this car wash. The manager Russell is always helping me out and today offered to help dry my car. the air gun things are great, just wish i could use it to fill my tires, otherwise, this place is great.

This was a decent place in the beginning but they may be understaffed because they rarely have towels and spray. The unlimited membership was nice and it usually takes 2 washes for my car to be completely clean but when I noticed brush scratches in my clear coat, I canceled my membership. It's a shame because my 5 year old liked the bright neon light concept of Luv. Now I have to get a paint correction to remove the scratches on my car. I can't recommend this car wash.

The team is really helpful russ is a really good worker always been helpful and when There has been a technical difficultie hes always been there to assure me and make things rite 💪💯 only problem is sometimes there's no clean rags and the vacuums can use and updates also the air needs more pressure other then that my car always looks good when I leave there
