Hey this location has the most friendly and engaged employees in the so cal area? Mario the manager has helped me numerous times with any technical difficulties I have had and is patient when I hold up the new customer line. Alexxa and Abel have always helped me with smiling faces, welcoming and forgiving attitudes?, and helpful tips. I... admit i take my time when I need to organize my car and never has any employee here been anything but courteous in directing my attention to something. No one has ever rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable I give this location 10/5 stars, everything always works, it stays clean, they handle any possible problems promptly and properly. I’ve been coming to this car wash since it was Big Ben, the LUV membership is great. I come once a week. There are a couple things that could improve/change. There are hardly any towels to dry your car so I had to start bringing my own. I also wish they offered car fresheners in different fragrances. Other than that it’s great, there’s plenty of spots to dry/vacuum your car, the staff is friendly and its a quick/easy process when you have a membership.

I LUV this car wash, the employees are very friendly. They don't harass you like other car wash places do like telling you to hurry up, just as long as the car wash is not very busy and try to get it done in a timely manner. Clean with extra towels, just in case you don't have any. They pretty much have everything to clean your car after running it through the washer. They have shade areas to dry your car. The give you free car freshener entering the car was. Half off for the first month on selected wash packages. Affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I always have a great experience here at l u v car wash. I really enjoy having fresh new towels to dry down your car along with the Great employees that take care of all your needs. Destiny offered the air fresheners when I first drove in. I purchased the cheapest package deal and I use it to the fullest. I don't like driving around with dirty windows. And I love that they offer window cleaner at most of their stations. I really recommend that you come here purchase package deal. It is really worth it. Definitely one of the greatest car washes that I have a membership with. Using the strong vacuum is really a plus because I have kids that think that I would love to clean up their messes when they ride in my car. Teenagers are sometimes worse then little baby. Great customer service from Yulisa as soon as you pull up she greets you and explains everything with clarity the facility is clean and the services after you get your car wash are great free vacuum free clean rags and window cleaner definitely will going back 👍🏼
