Luv Express Car Wash

Always closed! I've been to Fredonia location a half dozen times in the last 3 weeks and they are never open. Today the parking lot was not plowed and there's a snow drift in front of the car wash entrance. Will cancel my subscription and get a refund for the past month.

1 star is 1 too many. The car wash scratched the passenger side of my vehicle from bumper to bumper. The brushes are not calibrated properly and are over powered for a car wash. They literally bent the license plate in half. I received the manager's contact information but he won't call me back to discuss any resolution which leads me to believe they are uninsured or just a bad business. THIS PLACE WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR - GUARANTEED!

Damaged my truck. Rarely open. Now I can't cancel my membership, no website, not affiliated with the national LUV car washes which seems like fraud. Currently on hold with my credit card company to see if they can deny payment.

Great car wash, did a good job. In fact I signed up for the monthly unlimited deal. $2 cheaper than getting the same wash once. Why not? And don't forget the free vacuums!

They are close today , and many days because of the snow unfortunately, custumer service is hard to get needed to call few times . They reach out unfortunately it was too late.They try to help me but they couldn’t. There’s so many changes on the name of the car watch , there’s a new number to cancel but is no show on the web. I hope that this improve and help someone.
