The company builds a quality unit that is several steps above what the competition offers. Luxe stands for luxury, and that's what you feel when you step into one of their units. Attention to detail, quality components, superior craftsmanship and true ingenuity are all appropriate to describe how these trailers are constructed and the appeal you can see with your own eyes. They recently opened a showroom in Texas that is automated and offers you the choice to inspect the units at your leisure without being bothered, or with a "bot" that connects you to a person in Indiana who can answer your questions and assist as needed. Gosh...where do I start. First let me say that the whole experience at the Luxe showroom was very impressive. We recently decided that we want to purchase a 5th wheel type RV. We started with models that were “just what we wanted” but after researching, watching you tube videos and reading reviews we learned enough to look a little higher and so on and so on until one day we found a video about a unit called Luxe. After watching the video featuring the lovely Brienne we realized this company had all the quality that we built into our home, that by the way we actually built. Incredible High End fifth wheel RV's with excellent construction. Very unique unmanned showroom. Called and made an appointment, entered with a code. Factory staff from Indiana was able to answer questions through a tele-presence device (see picture). Was able to see all color choices with samples. Nice low pressure experience.

They have they are open until 5:30 Monday through Sunday and there is no one here and no call back from the number listed. They need to post closed and by appointment only so people do not take the drive in vain. **** In response to the owners response. I did call multiple times, starting in the morning, completed the form also before I drove. I took the drive because google said open until 5:30 and still today nothing, only the reply to my review which I wanted to respond too but it appears this is the only way I can by editing my review. Everytime that we have looked at the Luxe we love it more, the quality of workmanship has to be the best that I have seen in any RV or motorhome. Brienne Ropp is the best sales person that I have dealt with, she has been able to answer any questions that we have ask and some of them wasn't easy ones. She knows the product that she sales.
