After my car was hit, it was my first time being in an accident, I was stressed and unsure of what to expect, but from the moment I contacted them, the entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly pleasant. Gerard was incredibly helpful, communicative, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained how to file the claim, once that was approved, I dropped off, he photographed the car/damages, drove me to enterprise to pick up my rental car, and updated me every step of the way and made sure I understood the timeline and repairs. I have used Luxury Autobody three times now and can't speak highly enough of their work. My entire family pretty much uses them exclusively for any body work. Gerard helped me and my fiancé after my car accident in March. The service was impeccable, and he went above and beyond with our insurance to get everything taken care of to the highest possible standard. We have a plug in hybrid BMW x3 that required rare parts.
