I was referred to him by my neighbor. I had an appointment at 2:00 on Wednesday, the 25th. I arrived and informed the owner that I had just gotten a new battery from Sam's Club and if he could check the alternator. He took the time out of his busy schedule to check my alternator and thoroughly explained to me how the alternator works. I was happy to hear that nothing is wrong with the alternator, but advised to drive it for a week and come back to have it retested. I wanted a second opinion from what I was previously told from Car-X.
