they are a scam, called because i received a letter in the mail for a parking violation i did not commit yet alone drive the vehicle nor do i live in nyc. called and the minute i spoke to a rep and explained, they went silent and hung up, now no one answers.. smh scammers

I rented from them 3 times and each time they took a $250 security deposit from me. It's now been 10 months later and they still refuse to return my security deposit to me. Everytime I call they just say they'll look into it. I wouldn't rent from them unless you want your money stolen.

Stay far away from this business. They will charge you $1000 deposit and you would never see that money again. This business runs on scamming people. My experience with their rental vehicle was a total disaster. Vehicle smelled like pot factory. Expired registration, check engine sign on and TPMS sign lit the dashboard like a Christmas tree. I booked the vehicle through third party (GoRe tal) and once I arrived to the location to pick up the car, I see a hole on wall office set up. I should have cancelled but it was holiday time and I didn’t have any option.

I was so impressed with the personalized service I received here. It was absolutely exceptional. Thank you to the staff. They were so patient with me. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend anyone to give them a chance.

They are crooks they will steal your money and make up tickets to try and claim you caught them .DO NOT deal with this company .They are very disrespectful and unprofessional I am seeking a lawyer now to get the rest of my deposit back .They kept my deposit $ from me and everytime I call it’s a different person that answers to tell me a different story .Do not support this business these people are horrible and beyond unprofessional.
