We purchases a car in july 25, it has so many issues and we made several attempts to call and we got to call backs. It was a 9k car and we spent 600 plus to replace parts thats should have been replaced before it was sold. Called to have an inspection done that wasnt done at time of sale, was 1 month till expiration and obviously important things were missed. Unfortunately we won't be returning, sad because we did like the sale process. UPDATE-We now today took the car to the shop with the warranty, 2600.00 in repairs needed on a car thats 6 months old. Break fluid is corroded. Serpentine belt is cracked, hoses is swollen, coolant leak and there more, it was inspected at time of sale, how? Im furious.

I recently bought a car for my son at this location and I am very pleased with the experience. Johnny and Chad were patient with me and did not pressure me to buy. Chad (who may be the manager?) promised to do some extra work to make sure I was satisfied with the condition of the car and went above and beyond to meet those expectations. I purchased the car w/a condition to bring it back to do minor touch ups on the body, but Chad included that clause in the contract (I will follow up this review once that is done!) So far, I would say this is definitely a good option if you’re in the market for a used car in the Lehigh Valley.

Chad and Shaadi did a wonderful job with getting me into my new car! The credit check and loan process was very simple and completed before I arrived to test drive. The website is up to date and very easy to use. All I had to do was show up and test drive my car. There was a minor repair needed, it was scheduled and completed it in a timely manner, no hassle. This is a fair and HONEST dealership; would recommend to a friend!
