NOT A MISTAKE! It seems that rebutting this review means more than actually following up and doing the job I paid for WITH A CREDIT CARD. This shop was highly reviewed, right here on maps. So I called and got an estimate and even though their prices were slightly higher, I went in and purchased two tires, rotated and balanced, and replaced/repair the TPMS sensors. I believe in allowing a mechanic to do their work unimpeded, and choosing to do business with places that have a good reputation is crucial to avoid being ripped off. This shop did not follow through on ANY of the promises I was made when I paid. My tires were not rotated and balanced, the TPMS sensors were not working and I am lucky I even got two tires. I am entering into a trade in situation for my vehicle and I find out that
