L&W Battery

At L&W I paid for a rebuild on my Quantum 1+ on 5/17/24. I shipped the battery to them about two weeks later and have not heard from them since. The post office has verified that the battery has been delivered. L&W has not sent my battery back nor have they responded to three emails with my cell phone number included. It has been over four months and I have heard nothing from them.. I would not have sent my battery to them had I known about their poor customer service. I would like to get my old battery returned and my money refunded. Resolving this issue has been impossible because L&W WILL NOT respond

This company was sent one of our batteries to repair over 1.5 years ago. The services were prepaid via credit card. I have received zero response from anyone at the L&W Battery after several calls and emails. Very disappointed in the lack on professionalism of this company. $238 lost in this learning lesson.

Took my money and said I’d see the batteries back in less than 10 days. 6 weeks later still nothing. I was sent a USPS shipping label to track batteries last week after complaining but when I look up the number it hasn’t shipped yet. I’m going to have to turn it over to my credit card to report the fraud. Update 12-17-2018 Batteries finally showed up. Appear to be in good working order. I had contacted my credit cards fraud department and local small claims court who suggested giving them one more chance. I informed L & W about my intentions to proceed with fraud charges and I got email updates that evening that my batteries had shipped. Only took 2 weeks after being provided a shipping number. Same review as many others unfortunately; I sent a Nomad battery in for refurbishment, 6 weeks later still no battery. Was sent a tracking notice three weeks ago, and it still says they have not handed over my battery to USPS for my return. No replies to repeated emails and phone calls. After putting in a disputed credit card charge, I did finally get the refurbished battery. And the battery has been working very well. I would highly recommend updating the delivery time quoted on your website and please answer calls. Not sure I'd use again due to the hassle, though in the end the product was what was advertised.

Warning! You’ll lose your battery if you send yours to them! It’s been more than 6 weeks since I’ve paid and sent my Nomad battery to them, but I haven’t received mine back yet. They emailed me 3 weeks ago saying that my battery was shipped and it would take 4-5 day to deliver. Every time I check the tracking, it’s still in “pre-shipment” status, meaning they created USPS label, but did not ship my battery. I emailed them several times, but they never responded. If you don’t want to waste your money/time and lose your battery pack, do NOT use their service! Updated in June 2021: They finally contacted me, and gave me a full refund.
