Lyft Driver Support

They are horrible and said some racist remarks. I was shocked and surprised. ZERO STARS

They cheat you nothing but a big scam don’t do it you can’t call nobody they charge me 500 a week plus for a car you don’t make anything they are rude in the office I woke up and the car was gone after I paid them over 2,000 a month now they want more plus extra because they took car back when I scheduled to be returned this week so not rent with them really big scam you feel dumb your not making any money your just driving for them to make money they don’t care about you the battery on the car did all week one time and they never reimbursed me anything

A local phone on a Lyft yesterday night coming to 1507 Coleman Street, I've been trying to call the driver and log in but you're making it impossible for me to log into my tablet to find the driver's name and phone number please make it easier for customer to find unlock in to our tablets and phone numbers from any device

I made a reservation for the following day. After choosing all the details, date and time of the reservation, they ask you to make a deposit. However, after they take the money from your account, guess what? You don't get confirmation of the chosen date and they only make another date available, for at least a week later. And you are left without your money for 5 to 7 business days and without the car. Last year, I rented with them and had no problems. This year, the service is terrible. There is a lady who handles customer service who is very rude, impolite and even tries to be ironic when we ask questions.

Lyft has wonderful drivers. All in NJ. Clean comfortable cars. Not all drivers are chatty but they are all polite and drive safely.
