Lyle's Tires and Wheels

Was referred here by many car enthusiasts went in first thing in the morning to get tires and sensors swapped over to my new set of wheels. I didn’t want my new wheels or my old wheels messed up in any way so it was worth the trip. Got to watch the technician work and every aspect of what he had to do from removing everything from old set of wheels to getting tires plus sensors mounted then balanced onto new wheels. Attention to detail and he was focused didn’t rush one bit. I appreciate the care he took doing his job, shop wheel tire selection was phenomenal super clean and very wide selection. Definitely will be a returning customer for all my tires and wheels need.

Just got some fresh tread at Lyle's, and I have to say, their customer service is among the best I've ever experienced at a tire shop. They got me right in, and within 30 minutes, I had four new tires and was back out washing. The efficiency and professionalism at Lyle's are truly impressive. Great job, Lyle's! Do not go here these people are the epitome of Greedy they’re gonna overcharge you for everything and on top of that not do it the right way at all. These guys are complete trash. Do not waste your time go to somewhere that certified. If they do not have certification don’t go there. Lyle’s tires does not have that.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I had an bad experience with this place. I had a few simple questions, but the customer service was beyond disappointing. Three grown men stared at me like I was from another planet when I asked a simple question. It felt like they were completely put out by such basic inquiries. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that I’m not the only one who had a negative experience. The consistent theme of poor customer service makes it obvious this is not just a one-time issue. Stay away if you’re looking for any kind of decent service!
