Lyndon Square Senior Apartments

My husband and I moved in in June of 2023. We have a ground floor unit w/1 1/2 baths. My experience with this complex has been exceptional. We have great neighbors who are quiet and respectful. David has been wonderful about seeing about what few issues we’ve had with the apartment. I can’t say enough about Shauna. I find her to be very considerate and conscientious about the needs of the tenants here. She goes out of her way to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - This apt complex was put up with very cheap materials from the tile carpet in the hallways to the cabinets in the units. If you don't mind having dark hallways from lights being out for a week or delay in repairs then I say go for it. Don't plan to be able to park once you have rented an apt because there are NOT enough parking spaces to accommodate the number of apartments so you will take the risk of some old person hitting your vehicle. I say this place feels and is run like a nursing home - my neighbor says it feels like a convalescent home. If you want quality I'd say DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

Lots of very nice people live in this community. David and Shana are great. Activities to suit different tastes for everyone who wants to attend, which is such a plus. Would like to meet with the corporate folks that show up occasionally without us knowing just to discuss ideas. Most of us are on a fixed income so the large raise in rents is very hurtfull. I’ve had friends who have had to move out due to high raises. Wouldn’t it make more sense to keep a full building?

I have been living here at Lyndon Square Senior Apartments for a year and met many nice people. The activities are enjoyable. My apartment has a good floor plan, a big kitchen with lots of storage, grab bars in the bathroom. I feel safe from falling, and safe in the neighborhood.

My mother lived here for over a year and we loved it so much, we brought her sister over as well! The manager, Shuana Arnold, is awesome to work with and understands the residents’ needs. Maintenance is a A+!! The facility is clean, they have activities they do on a weekly basis, and the grounds are always kept neat. Couldn’t find a better place for 55 and older!
