Been going to Matt , since we needed a mechanic to work on our vehicles 11yrs ago. Always happy with their work and reasonably priced. You won't go wrong with Matt , Heather and the guys. They do fabulous work and on time. Won't go anywhere else if I have a choice. Always up front on everything they think needs to be done. THANKS

Honest, reasonably-priced and truly customer-focused automotive shops are not the norm. Here in Sully, however, we are blessed to have just that. Matt and Heather Zylstra and their team does a wonderful job of taking care of their customers and keeping us all running. I send my personal vehicles as well as my boss’s commercial rigs to LRI whenever possible.

Have done business, when needed, with them for about 10 years without any issues at all, top shelf helpful service. Now fast forward to the last 2 weeks. Week 1, owner not there, NO one else can quote tires/service work. Week 2, drive back to Sully again (40+mile round trip), owner not there again, office empty, no one-2 maybe 3 total people in building, would not acknowledge my precence. The place seems to have become a lil complacent for customer support, but it's still the most honest auto service business in the surrounding area.

Staff is very kind & accomodating to my needs as a customer. Also very friendly and let's the customer know of added expenses before work is completed. This means alot for single family income. Would recommend them to any family & friends. Beyond a five star experience!!
