Lyons Truck Parts

Unfortunately, I do not know who I just spoke to the counter, but I don’t feel like going there for a second time. The first time was great. I told him I was dealing with the boss. I had a five star service but this time I’m going somewhere else.

no refund.When i bought it ,they told ,ican bring it back…but i installed the fitting and it didnt help me with air dryer.Niw this man told ,he cant take it back.Thx for service guys.

Took a box truck to these folks to get trailer wiring. This was done for Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin and is a truck we use to pickup food donations. The wiring was incorrect and does not work on the new trailer or another we tested on. Both worked prior to Lyons modifying our trailer wiring. When I called Lyons I was told it would be a couple weeks before they could look. I explained that was not acceptable, if they had done the job right first we wouldn't be here. Then the gentleman on the phone argued that I needed to bring my trailer too, although any decent mechanic can use a multimeter and test the wiring. Paid $1600 for trailer wiring and an oil change. Not satisfied with their service. Going in Monday to see if they can fix it. I will note what happens. I wouldn't be getting in o

Great people and good customer service. I got there in the afternoon stressed and sad due to a smoking bad waterpump, and lights flashing on my dash. The next morning I left smiling with all fixed at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work. By the way their parts store has the best air brake-lines, those that come with springs at the pressure points just above the glad-hand to prevent cuts and frays. I'll make sure to get them next week.
