M C Auto Repair and 24hr towing

They have taken care of my Tundra a couple times and were very transparent and thorough about the work needed. We are new to the area and needed a good and honest mechanic. Nick also coordinated to give me a ride back home so I didn't have to wake up my pregnant fiancé and sleeping baby. Great service, polite. And prompt too. They will be my regular mechanic. They also have reasonable rates and make sure everything is taken care of completely. I appreciated their communication through out the process too, sometimes mechanics are bad at returning calls, but not MC Auto. Tyler put my mind at ease and my truck back on the road. We ran into car trouble a few hours from home. Even though it was late, Tyler coordinated to get a tow when we could get someone to pick us up. They made the repairs and had the car ready by 3:00 the next day. Great service. MC Auto made a stressful situation much more manageable.

In trying to get to Michigan from Maine, then on to Mississippi. I had a flat tire. I called Tyler he's so nice , polite and helped me to figure out where I was so he could send help to me. Upon arrival was Nick ,who was equally kind and friendly.Nick wasted no time getting me to the Walmart for new tires. In any vehicle situation I highly recommend calling these guys. Fast and friendly service... There are still some good people in this world....Many thanks to you both

So went to get car inspection at mc auto. They said car needed rear shocks , all new brake rotors and pads, and inner tie rod end. Repair quote was $1600.00. So I went for second opinion at different garage.So I did need rear shocks , m.c. auto quoted me a price of $480.00 for shocks , I bought them at auto zone for $140.00 my self. Did not need rotors or brake pads, or tie rod end. They seen a senior citizen and thought I was an easy person to cheat. Horrible people.
