M C Auto Repair

As we were traveling toward our next destination with our truck and camper, we experienced a problem. We were 10 miles from the nearest town, Colby, Kansas. My husband took the truck to M C Auto on Friday and they immediately put the truck up so they could take a look. They ordered the part needed and completed the work on Monday. We were very pleased with the work they did, how fast they did the work, and their courtesy. We were well taken care of and we didn't have anymore issues once we left. Lots of gratitude to M C Auto shop. We highly recommend it.

Wow, we can't say enough good things about MC Auto Outlet. We were headed home from Colorado and noticed our brakes were making some noises and thank goodness we stopped here. Neil addressed our issue immediately and went above and beyond for us to ensure we made a safe trip home the rest of our way. Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise. Came in when I had an unexpected incident on the road, they were friendly and accommodating to my mild panic. They were not able to support my need since it involved body work (hope I'm saying that right). Nell not only recommended me several places but let me use their phone to call around as I didn't have data on my phone. Thank you for the care and taking me seriously!

To start off, the manager is rude to everyone. I’m not sure why they have him working with people when he doesn’t even like them. Secondly, I have tried to give them chances to fix my car (2 times now) and isn’t ever right.I took my car in to have a part replaced and they replaced it but found other issues they “needed to correct” but it wasn’t even fixed correctly and doesn’t shut right afterwards . Now, the airbag light is constantly on saying to check the system.. Had them replace my car’s windshield once with a brand new one. When I picked up my car there was a small chip in it and they stated there was nothing they could do about this even though I paid for it already and wanted my cracked windshield replaced. I was very upset about this but they just acted like I was crazy and overr

We were on our way to Colorado when our water pump went out. This shop was fantastic. They started working on it immediately and had us back on the road in less than 24 hours. A huge thank you to Neil and the crew for your help!
