Called to check on tires at 3:50 pm (Google said they close at 5). "Yeah we're closed for the day buddy." No need to call them back if they don't want to do business. If your hours aren't correct on Google...fix it.

I called on Saturday was told it would cost an extra $45 an hour for them to come out to me. I had my vehicle towed there Sunday and nobody showed up for 2 hours. I decided to get towed to Tire Zone and had my tires changed with no hassle

My tired popped on the highway at 5 pm on a Saturday! Everybody I Googled was closing but sure enough, I gave these guys a call and they were able to get me a tire asap! Fast service and great prices! Definitely will be returning to get more tires!

I called about a tire because everywhere was closed. I was told they wouldn't call me back in 45 mins. After 45 mins and they did not call back I decided to call again and no one answered. I know it was very last minute but I really hoped they could help.

The guy said he had someone on the way to change my tire and I sat in the parking lot waiting for an hour, texted him to see where he was at and he didn’t even reply. Dude just left me sitting there in the parking lot with a flat tire
