I contacted M&M Alternators and Battery Auto Care after seeing their $40 full synthetic oil change offer on Groupon. I spoke with a woman (whose name I did not catch) who assured me that I could pay $40 directly to the shop instead of purchasing through Groupon. She also confirmed that they take appointments and told me that if I arrived by 5:00 p.m., they would have time to complete the service.I drove approximately 40 miles — about 50 minutes — to the location. The shop was difficult to locate due to limited signage that was not clearly visible from the main entrance. When I arrived, the employee who had confirmed the appointment was not present.I asked a technician if I was at M&M Auto, and he responded in a noticeably condescending tone while reciting the full business name. We Needed to change our battery for our Infiniti. Happened fast and quick thanks to Leo. Really hooked it up! Cleaned the old buildup from the messed up battery and installed the new one in very little time. Safety back on the road and actually able to enjoy our vehicle. Thank ya'll!

This place is great. They were polite. The price was excellent and most importantly they do fantastic work. The dealer had my car for weeks and would not solve a/c issue then I went to M and M who solved the issue for a very reasonable price!! Thank you so much!!

I’ve had great experiences coming to this battery shop and have never had any issues. The first time I came in, I purchased a used battery that lasted a long time. I recently returned and bought a brand-new battery at a great price. I even got a battery for my mother here, and it’s still running perfectly. The staff is very nice and helpful. Emerson provided excellent customer service and helped me choose the best option for my car with absolutely no pressure. I highly recommend this shop—reasonable prices and great service.
