M & M Smog Test

Easily the most inefficient and unprofessional business I’ve been to. There’s no room to drive back there, so I sat stuck behind other cars for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to move. When I finally pulled up, the mechanic looked genuinely confused about why I was there and immediately told me to back up with a scowl. I asked for clarification and he just shook his head. Then he said, “I’m busy, I don’t have time for this.” Nobody wants to do smog tests, but acting like customers are an inconvenience is wild especially when there are plenty of other shops nearby. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

POSTED Hours of operation are until 5:00PM. It’s 3:45PM, I just drove all the way down here only to hear: Owner: “I’m finished for the day” Me: “But your hours of operation are until 5:00PM” Owner: “I’m the boss, I decide when to go home” he turned around and walked away. I will NEVER come back here and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Got me in and out really quick with no appointment, smog test in about 15 minutes.

Owner is a jerk and rude. Was told to park my car behind another vehicle, when i asked owner “ how long will it be”, he snapped like I should know. I simple wanted to see if I could grab some lunch or should just wait. I pulled out and drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid giving him any business.

Robert is the best! He is so kind and knowledgeable. He was very quick with my Smog Test too! I would recommend him for any car services!
