Truly great service from Todd and his folks! They had to accommodate my relatively specialized needs. I needed them to collect, paint, and assemble the tail gate to my Tacoma and give me a speedy install so as not to keep me away from my rig for too long :). Todd easily obliged. They matched the paint pretty perfectly. Since my appointment itself was flexible but my installation duration was not, Todd helped me schedule an appointment that was convenient for me given my work schedule. Another very important detail is that a supposedly equivalent quote of service from a place a block or two away (and less professional in appearance) was approximately 25% higher. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Excellent service on replacing the driver side mirror. I got a quote quickly and the price is fair. Stopped by and got the mirror fixed. Definitely recommend this place!

My experience with M&S collision (Santa Clara location) was fantastic: they are professional, affordable, and quick. My car (2011 Toyota Corolla) needed both bumpers to be replaced. When I took my car in, and they gave me a very reasonable quote and an appointment within 48 hours. During the work, they called me to update me on status. They finished the work two days ahead of schedule, and stayed exactly in line with their quoted price. My car looks almost brand new.
