I came to M-Tech Collision for a front bumper replacement. The owner took my color code but installed a bumper in the wrong color and misaligned. Upon seeing it, he offered to “tint” the bumper and realign it, and I also prepaid for a front weather guard. I agreed to return in 2 weeks once the paint cured. After that, I spent nearly two months trying to schedule the fix and the weather guard installation, repeatedly being told to call back later. Eventually, I sent a polite but firm text asking to bring the car in the next day to finally get the work done. The owner then called me, said he didn’t like my tone, and refused to finish the job, sending back the payment for the unfinished work.
