Respectful and polite communication. One of the few towing companies willing to negotiate the price when the amount is high due to a heavy wrecker job requested by the police. They have been very helpful throughout the entire release process.

It’s not often you find a tow company with all 5-star reviews, but they totally deserve it. Our truck jackknifed not far from their location. At first, I was looking at another company that was closer, but their rating was lower, so I decided to give these guys a try. They were fast, professional, and—most importantly—even with all the extra work they had to do, reasonably priced.

We rapidly lost oil while driving near Rawlings on a Sunday. I called for roadside assistance and M Towing was dispatched. The driver, Zach, was warm and friendly and arrived faster than expected. When we got to the shop he was quickly able to discover the problem. He picked up some parts at the local O'Riley, and got us back on the road quickly. He went above and beyond and made what was a difficult situation pleasant. I highly recommend his business.
