These Guys are straight crooks STAY AWAY. My truck broke down at the shipper facility and THEY CALLED this company. When the guy show up he is very Rude and angry. I had a feeling it was going to be a money grab for them so I asked him for the exact price he tells me $2500 to tow my truck 10 miles. I swiftly declines he tells me that he is already there and that I owe him that rather he tow it or not because he already started. Cops was called he end up just moving truck out middle of the road to the side still charged me $1200. I called another shop they came got me to the shop for $450 STAY AWAY!!!!

They were amazing! I got a flat tire on the thruway right before the long weekend. They arrived quickly and were very accommodating especially since I had a my dog with me. My dog is scared of life and left a little surprise when we got out of the tow truck and instead of being upset they made a joke out of it and cleaned it up. All around great service!

I couldn’t get towed anywhere else so I got stuck here waiting almost a week for a fuel pump/fuel filter to get changed. I had to call daily for updates as they never reached out to me and then tried to charge me almost $40 over what I was told the day prior with no notification of something else being added. Don’t ask them to drive it and see what the problem is/make sure it’s okay, Kris will tell you you’re out of luck haha.

i wish i could put zero star on their service as they have zero communication and some racist approach towards clients we had truck broke at truck stop entrance and they were dispatched from truck stop to get it towed they bring it to their shop saying the can have a look at truck issue but they never touched the truck and eversince we paid the bill for towing they just disregarded our calls emails and driver too i have never seen no towing company or repair shop like this our load was put on risk trusting their words and when recovery truck came to get the trailer they wouldn't do shit to separate the truck from trailer and blocking the front of truck with their service car i called another towing company to disconnect thet trailer from truck and get the truck towed to another shop for d

July 2025 we were traveling on our family vacation and our truck lost a front wheel bearing. Called Roosevelts and they were there very quickly, got us towed to their yard and allowed us to park our camper there overnight and they fixed the truck the next day. They treated us very fairly on the price, and were very professional and kind in our time of need! No complaints! Definitely would recommend!
