I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received from Eddie, the tow truck driver who was sent by our insurance company to pick up my son's car. Eddie was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient from the moment he arrived. He handled everything with care and took the time to explain the process, which really helped ease what could have been a stressful situation. His calm, friendly attitude and clear communication made a big difference. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he's helping. We’re truly grateful for his help and professionalism. Thank you, Eddie, for making a tough day a little bit easier — you went above and beyond!

My car wouldn’t start and was in a tight, corner spot in a low profile parking garage. Jeff was able to get the car out without a scratch, stayed patient and took his time to make sure the job was done right. I was so impressed and will call if I ever need a tow again. I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but after what happened to me and my family, I feel a responsibility to share our story so others can protect themselves. We had just moved to Florida and were staying at a local hotel while searching for a long-term home. I parked in front of our hotel room temporarily while unloading with my girlfriend and 3-year-old daughter. A man from M23 Towing approached, claimed to work with the hotel, and told me I could park there briefly. He then offered me an under-the-table parking deal for 100 dollars a week, which was cheaper than what the hotel charged. I didn’t agree to anything but appreciated the gesture, especially after he told me I could leave the car there for now and decide later. The next day, our car was gone. No warning. No n

The driver was very courteous and professional. He reached out quickly and arrived when he said he would. My car was dropped off at the shop with no incident. Would definitely use them again. (This was a free service through a road side assistance program)
