Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’m so glad I chose to have my car repaired here. My car looks brand new! The team at M3 Collision took the time to clearly explain what needed to be replaced (rather than repaired) for safety reasons and why, which I really appreciated. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was happening. The icing on the cake was picking up my car to find it thoroughly cleaned inside and out. They even encouraged me to bring it back for a wash so the paint has time to properly cure. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction..

My car was sideswiped on Thanksgiving (people really need to learn how to yield 🤦) and the other person's insurance had me use M3. I'm very glad they did. John and the team at M3 went well above and beyond my expectations. I knew from my first visit that these guys love cars and that my baby was in good hands. I definitely recommend M3 and will be returning for any body work I need in the future.

my car turned out perfect and everything was clean and ran good. the woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful and made everything easy. the only thing i didn't really appreciate was the guys who fixed the car i assume, just threw my spare tire that they used back into my trunk on top of all my stuff, when they could have just put it back under the trunk liner. everything else was great
